Returns

Zapffe Silversmiths warranties our items for one full year from the purchase date. If you require a replacement part or repair (excluding every day wear and tear) please contact us and we will be glad to assist you with your warranty request. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 30 days. Please use our contact form to send us your return request. Be sure to include your order number. You may also call our customer service line at 1-800-544-9313 for immediate assistance. Please understand that all shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please use our contact form to submit your request or you may call our customer service line at 1-800-544-9313 for immediate assistance. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
